A Warehouse-Operations System, Not a Spreadsheet Replacement

This is a real-time inventory system built around how a warehouse actually runs: stock is tracked down to the zone and bin it sits in, checked in through a proper receipt and putaway process, and never leaves the building without a scan-verified record — built for businesses running one warehouse or several across Tamil Nadu.

Inventory & Warehouse Management Features

Three connected modules: what happens inside the warehouse, what happens when stock goes to a customer, and what happens when it moves to another of your own warehouses.

Warehouse Inventory Management

  • Every warehouse is organised into zones and locations, so stock is tracked down to the exact shelf or bin it sits in
  • Incoming goods go through a Goods Receipt Note, an optional Quality Control inspection, and a guided Putaway step
  • Every physical unit can carry its own barcode label, generated the moment it's received or produced
  • Batch and expiry (shelf-life) tracking is built in, so stock can be picked and issued First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) automatically
  • A full stock ledger records every movement — in, out and adjustment — backed by a real, auditable transaction history
  • Multi-client (3PL) support lets one physical warehouse hold and track separate clients' inventory side by side

How It Works

STEP 1

Receipt & Putaway

Goods arrive and are checked in via GRN, optionally quality-checked, then put away into a specific zone/location.

STEP 2

Stock Under Tracking

Stock sits in the warehouse under full batch, expiry and location tracking, with every movement recorded.

STEP 3

Raise Dispatch Order

A Dispatch Order is raised — targeting either a customer or another of the company's own warehouses.

STEP 4

Generate Pick List

A Pick List generates automatically using the company's chosen picking strategy.

STEP 5

Scan, Issue & Gate Exit

An operator scans and issues each unit at Material Issue, optionally packed and loaded before Gate Exit.

STEP 6

Warehouse Transfer Receipt

For an inter-warehouse transfer, the receiving warehouse scans each unit in on arrival.

Trusted by Warehouses Across Tamil Nadu

Tiruppur's export-focused garment warehouses, Coimbatore's engineering component stores, and Hosur's auto-parts distribution centres all hold stock for multiple product lines and sometimes multiple clients under one roof. The same barcode-wise picking and Warehouse Transfer Receipt process that confirms stock between two Chennai locations applies equally across a multi-city Tamil Nadu network.

Inventory Management FAQs

Yes. The same zone/location tracking, batch/expiry FEFO control and Warehouse Transfer Receipt process apply whether the warehouse is in Chennai, Coimbatore or Tiruppur — nothing is scoped to a single city.
